Baylee Munro is the Head Coach and General Manager of the RODS, as well as Head Coach of the University of Regina Cougars. He has been in this role since 2023.
A Chartered Professional Coach with Swimming Canada's highest levels of certification, he has guided RODS athletes to U SPORTS Nationals, Canadian Trials, Canada Games, and even the Olympic stage.

Baylee holds a Master’s degree in High Performance Coaching & Technical Leadership from UBC, along with an Advanced Coaching Diploma from the Canadian Sport Institute.
Since 2015, his coaching career has taken him across Canada with clubs in Victoria, Nanaimo, Edmonton, and Regina, preparing swimmers for national and international success at every stop.

Recognized by the Coaching Association of Saskatchewan for Outstanding Coaching Achievements in 2025, Baylee is passionate about building pathways for athletes to progress from grassroots to elite levels within the club and varsity system.
His focus is on maximizing sustainable development, and creating an environment where athletes can excel both in and out of the pool.
