Queen City Swim Challenge
Swim or splash with the Regina Optimist Dolphin Swim Club
The Queen City Swim Challenge is a fun event put on the by Regina Optimist Dolphin Swim Club with proceeds going to the RODS and Jesse's Journey, in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. It is open to all water enthusiasts, speed swimmers, recreational swimmers and even those who swim with flutter boards and running shoes. More details >>

Events
- 1500m Olympic Distance: 60 lengths
- 800m Half-Olympic Distance: 32 lengths
- 400m Sprint Distance: 16 lengths
- 200m/100m: 10 years old & under swimmers, in the shallow pool
- 4x100m Team Fun Relay: Swim 25m at a time, in any order, 4 times in total
- Cannonball Jump Contest: Jump from the lower diving boards. A 2009 Cannonball Champion will be named from each age group.
